How to launch the healing powers of the body

Every day for 10 minutes, closing your eyes, inspire yourself with positive constructive thoughts. Tell yourself: “Each cell of my body is healed, cleansed and reborn. Blood flows easily and freely, it is clean, fresh, healthy. My blood vessels are elastic, young, clean, healthy. The brain is functioning perfectly. All organs are in excellent condition and working fine. “they are healthy, clean, fresh. Every day I become healthier, younger, stronger. Every day I feel better and better.” If you believe in these words and pronounce them sincerely (and this may not be right away, but it will surely work out), then the result will not be long in coming. No wonder the Bible says that “in the beginning was the Word.” Word and truth is the beginning of all beginnings. What are our words and thoughts – such are we ourselves. There is a health law: “I feel the way I think of myself.” Learn everything you do, do it with pleasure. Eating, eating food, think not about how it is useful and how it is necessary to get enough, but only that you do it for your own pleasure. When we try to enjoy food, we automatically begin to properly eat food, that is, to properly chew it, slowly, for a long time, slowly. When doing physical exercises, also think only about your own pleasure. Do not overload yourself, force yourself to train when it is too much for you. Remember: only what is done with pleasure is useful. Everything else is harmful. Think more often about how you can please yourself. But beware of false joys.
Sometimes a person thinks that, overeating, he thus pleases himself. But this is self-deception. After all, after such a “joy” it usually becomes not at all joyful and very bad for the body and soul. Remember: true joy is that joy which, when passing, leaves behind a pleasant memory and good joyful well-being. Stick to such joys and choose for yourself only those pleasures that do not then turn into a bad side – mental and physical torments. And then all life will gradually become joy. Learn to see people around you who are even worse than you are now. Learn to empathize with them and inspire them with faith and optimism. But do not humiliate them with pity. Pitying a person, you only strengthen him in his distress. Better believe in him, that he will have the strength to get out of his misfortunes and illnesses. Learn to help such people as much as you can, but not at the expense of yourself and your interests. When you help others without infringing on yourself, you are helping yourself too. Learn how to behave as if everything is fine with you – no matter how you really are doing, what your health really is. What we think of ourselves, so we become – do not forget about it! But do not turn your behavior into pretense when you want other people to demonstrate that everything is fine with you. Do this not for others, but for yourself, even alone with yourself. When we hold our heads high and tell ourselves that everything is fine with us, we bring prosperity to our lives with our positive thoughts.

Never say to yourself: “I can’t” – whatever it may be: recovery, work, exercise. Say better: “I do not want.” Saying “I can not” we greatly limit our own capabilities. And very often behind these words we hide not our own inability to do this, but only our own unwillingness and self-doubt. If it seems to you that some business is too much for you, try not to think too much about whether you can do it or not, but rather, try to do it without thinking. You will be surprised to find that you can actually do a lot – much more than you thought. Do not say “I can not!” And see what you can! Saying “I can’t”, we set in this way the limit, the ceiling, above which we cannot rise. And human capabilities are almost endless. Do not just limit yourself. Starting to do “I can – I can not” without thought, we become stronger in spirit and body, as we expand our capabilities, develop new horizons for ourselves, which makes us believe in ourselves and treat ourselves with respect. Remember that neither good luck, nor defeat, nor disease, nor health arise from anywhere, do not appear on their own. Man is created from what he did about what he thought in the past. From this is our present. And now, in the present, we are laying the seeds of our future. All that a person thinks, what he believes in, what he is doing now – the future will come from all this. Are you healthy or not – the result of what you have done in the past. Whether you will be strong or weak in the future depends on what you believe in, what you think and how you act in the present. The Health System is needed in order to change its present in the most favorable direction – to change thoughts, actions, actions, faith. Having changed our present in a favorable direction with the help of the Health System, we are laying a healthy and happy future.
