Life is tough. It's easy to get down on ourselves when things don't go our way or what have you, but if we aren’t careful in this crazy world of ours then it could all disappear from under us before even finding happiness again! So I say let there be lightening strikes around here because these days they seem like such a necessity as opposed to an option - at least for me anyway...
I know that sounds dramatic (and maybe even worse than “light-heartedness"),but hear me out; living life with happy thoughts will get you through the day and fight your troubles away!

It's not the end of world when things go smoothly, but it still feels good to get everything just right. Sometimes we forget that even if our work isn't perfect and there are little details left out or something is done differently from how I would have planned for it in my head - this does NOT mean anything was overlooked! It might be more interesting or creative than what you initially thought about doing so don’t give up on your idea yet because maybe next time around will provide better results
The journey matters too; enjoy every second while creating something, no matter how small or big it may be and enjoy where your it takes place. Even if everything is not as planned-accepting that reality will allow for new opportunities in life!
The world won't end if your project isn’t perfect. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in making sure every detail has been considered, that when something does come out nicely- it can feel like the end of an era! You should really take time to appreciate where you are now and enjoy what's happened thus far because no matter how much work goes into a product or journey - there will always be more progress than perfection
Sometimes you need to take a step back and appreciate the smaller things. You can't always control what happens in life, so why dwell on something that didn’t go your way? If it's not perfect then who cares! There will be other opportunities for success where all of those mistakes were made before-- Live lightly & enjoy every moment because no one knows when their time here On Earth may come to an end...

This might be a hard pill to swallow, but it will help you feel better in the long run. You'll want less of those people who bring down your mood and energy levels because their presence only drains what little joy we have left after dealing with negative emotions like anger or sadness all day long at work/school; living together as friends (or lovers); seeing them every morning when getting ready for school/work--the list goes on! So don't automically assume that just because they're close family members then there's no way ahead where this could become an issue between us.
Who is really worth your time? People who bring you down can be everywhere. They may not always avoid us, but why would we want them around anyway?! It will take an incredible amount of effort to lighten up if these negative influences have been resentmenturring all day every single minute for weeks on end- it's no wonder that some people just give in!
It's always difficult to be around people who bring you down. But why would we let them influence our mood? It will take more than one bad interaction for the poison of their negative words and deeds inside us, so cut off all contact if it makes sense!

Tension relieving activities are an important part of life. They help us stay healthy, happy and stress-free by allowing for moments where we can let out some steam or relax after a long day at work! One way you could do this is with massage therapy which has been shown in research studies as being effective when tension builds up due to stressors such its muscles becoming tense from holding onto anger towards someone else who hurt one's feelings; having trouble sleeping because there was too much going on during everyday hours leading into bedtime (and not getting enough rest); etc.
Yoga is a fabulous way to relieve stress and tension. It can be as simple as taking time out for yourself or it could involve joining an activity like running, which releases endorphins (the body's natural mood-lifting hormones). The choice ultimately lies with you; make sure that your daily activities keep tense muscles engaged!

Humor is the best medicine, and when we're feeling down it can be difficult to find humor in our daily lives. But sometimes even stressful events have a funny side! Learning how to appreciate this fact of life will make you happier with everything else that happens throughout your day because finding laughter anywhere brings joy everywhere.
The best way to find humor in life is by finding the funny side of things. Learning how, and consequently when it's appropriate for you do so can make all your problems seem less daunting!
A sense or perspective on something may change if we think about what makes us laugh instead - even stressful events become lighter with this newfound laughter (I'm looking at YOU Peru).
When life throws you a curveball, don't get upset! Find the humor in what's happening and start laughing. You'll find it easier to see the lighter side of other things as well - like when your boss gives an assignment that sounds very difficult or frustrating at first glance but there may be some humor hidden deep inside; after all we are only human so sometimes mistakes happen (I'm sure most people have made one before).
If I can make this simple then maybe everyone will learn how important finding joy from even our toughest moments really is because having hope for tomorrow helps keep us going during the day.

How many of us have had a bad day at work or school? A walk in the park with your pet on those hot summer days can be just what you need to take care off all that stress. Whether it's moving into an apartment, starting college courses again after being away from them for awhile- no matter how much life throws our way there are moments where we should really stop and smell this beautiful air!
A great way I've found myself staying happy during hard times has been spending quality time outdoors - whether its taking long walks around town looking up trees instead going inside every hour as recommended by doctors so they don't suffer too much.

When you watch kids play, it's hard not to feel envious of their joy in these simple activities. But why sticked with just watching? Join them! Be silly and have some fun now-and then (although don't get too dirty). If they're laughing at something stupid go ahead join in on the laughter too because taking yourself less seriously can really lighten up your day.
7. Spend Time with Fun People
We already know we shouldn't be spending a lot of time with toxic people. The inverse is true as well. We should try to spend more time with our fun friends. The friends that lift you and keep you smiling. It is easy to lighten up when you are having fun.

8. Help Someone in Need
This might seem like a weird suggestion, but hear me out. Helping someone in need will boost your mood in general. It is also a helpful reminder that everyone has problems, and maybe yours aren't that major in the grand scheme of things.

9. Stay in the Present
A major reason people can't lighten up is that they are reliving a bad memory or catastrophizing about some upcoming event. Strive to stay in the moment more often. Appreciate the here and now. If you get too caught up living in the past/future, you'll never lighten up.
